“Several years ago I was definitely leading a very unhealthy life style and finally decided it was time to change. I was always tired and just unhappy. I had made a conscious decision to get healthy and started by running in my first 5ks and developing a daily gym routine. I saw amazing changes and was very happy with myself. 10 months into my new found journey I became pregnant and all though it was an amazing blessing, I used it as a crutch to lose sight of my fitness goals. Being able to be a part of the G60 Boot Camp was just what I needed to get back on track!”
“My family and my 2 little boys are my biggest motivation, they are both super busy and I need to be able to keep up. Also, getting back to where I was before I was pregnant and actually being healthier than that. I want to be the best me that I possibly can be, both mentally and physically.”
Describe your experience of G60 Boot Camp. How has it helped you?
“Being a part of G60 has been awesome. Everyone is motivating to each other and trying to reach their own personal goals. I've been able to walk away each time feeling successful and like I've accomplished something. I'll take away some of the different workouts and incorporate them in to my personal weekly routines as well to help me get the best PR's that I can.”
