We’re kicking the New Year off right in McPherson with a lot of great classes on our group fitness schedule!  Are you ready to work, sweat and have some fun?  

Our January launch schedule is as follows for our MOSSA programs:

  • Saturday, January 10th – Group Ride @ 10:00 a.m. in Studio B with David G.
  • Monday, January 12th – R30 @ 5:30 p.m. and Group Centergy @ 6:00 p.m. in Studio B with David
  • Saturday, January 17th – Group Power @ 9:00 a.m. in Studio A with Morgan, Jen and Heather
  • Saturday, January 24th – Group Kick @ 8:00 a.m. in Studio A with Heather
  • Saturday, January 31st – Group Blast @ 9:00 a.m. in Studio A with Jen and Heather

Fitness Certifications: Certified Personal Trainer NASM, HIIT (NETA), Group Power, Group Ride, R30, Group Blast            

Hobbies/Interests: Working out, traveling, cooking, spending time with family and my fur babies! J

Personal Fitness Goal: To stay fit during my pregnancy and to be a fit and active mother!

What do you love most about teaching Group Fitness classes at Genesis: I love the interaction with the members and the energy I get from the members when teaching my classes!

Tuesday:  9:15 a.m. HIIT for 12 [Buttz & Gutz]

Wednesday:  5:30 p.m. Group Power and 6:30 p.m. HIIT for 12 [Cardio Intense]

Thursday:  8:15 a.m. Group Blast

Saturday:  9:00 a.m. Group Power and 10:00 a.m. G30 Bootcamp

Featured January Class

Our Featured Class for December is Zumba! 

ZumbaDitch the workout and join the party!!  Zumba is a total workout combining all elements of fitness – cardio, muscle conditioning, balance & flexibility, boosted energy and a serious dose of AWESOME each time you leave the class!  Zumba utilizes Latin and world rhythms to keep you motivated!  The only requirement is to HAVE FUN!  

We offer Zumba on the following days and times:

                Tuesdays @ 7:15 p.m. in Studio A

                Thursdays @ 7:15 p.m. in Studio A

                Sundays @ 2:00 p.m. in Studio A
