“Hi, my name is Kayla! I’m from the KC area, born and raised, but have lived in McPherson for the past couple years. I am a huge Chiefs fan, and I love KU and the Royals as well (no matter how they are doing). I work for the McPherson school district and feel blessed to have jobs that I enjoy. My family (I have a husband and a puppy), friends and my faith are the most important things in my life. My favorite hobby is definitely Zumba, which I instruct here at Genesis. I have been a Zumba instructor for almost 2 years now and I just can’t get enough! I love Zumba for the great calorie burn, the effective toning components, but mostly I love it because of all the fun I get to have with my AMAZING class members! I have a background in dance, cheerleading, and musical theatre but you don’t have to be a dancer to get a great workout with Zumba and to have tons of fun doing it! It is a great fit for people of all ages, fitness levels, and skill levels. Come try out a Zumba class and let yourself enjoy the music and being a part of what feels more like a dance party than a fitness class. Hope to see you at a class soon!”
Genesis will be hosting a R.I.P.P.E.D. training at our Ice Center location in Wichita (505 W. R.I.P.P.E.D. is the One Stop Body Shock 50-60 minute workout that combines strength/resistance training, plyometrics, endurance and more along with great music that equals one fantastic and challenging workout!
