Sculpt and Tone your whole body with this Pilates based workout! This active Cardio Barre class is sure to make you sweat as we integrate the fat-burning format of interval training with muscle-shaping to quickly and safely reshape the entire body.
Our non-impact, one-hour workout uses both the ballet barre and the mat, and targets all major muscle groups. The result is the recognizable Barre body, featuring sculpted arms, flat abs, a lifted seat, and elongated thighs.

Add resistance training to your Pilates schedule with a Group Reformer OR Group Circuit Class
The Reformer is a spring loaded machine which provides a full body workout with resistance.
The Circuit Training Classes use a variety of Pilates equipment including, the Reformer, Jump Board (for ployometric training), Chair and other small pieces of equipment.
The Group Reformer and Circuit Training workouts are fun and get results!

$180/12 OG's - 1 session per week for 12 weeks
Pilates Open Gym for Athletes is a program designed for middle and high school students participating in sports. OG instructors will guide students through exercises on the mat and the appropriate equipment. Participants will learn and receive a list of exercises to be completed during OG. Exercises will be chosen specifically for each student based on the background information given before the first session. There will be a strong focus on creating a balance of whole body strength and flexibility. The benefits of Pilates are endless.... our priority is to help our kids avoid pain and injuries and gain better performance so that exercise and sports will always be a positive part of life!
