Greetings West 13th Members!  Below is our October Group Fitness news.

Department Updates

There are a lot of things going on at West 13th but I want to start by welcoming Mia Kasir as a new Zumba instructor.  She comes to us from California and will start teaching a Zumba class at W13th on Tuesday, October 14th at 5:30PM.  She has a great background in dance and is looking forward to teaching at West 13th.  Come join her every Tuesday starting on the 14th!The West 13th boot camps start on October 1st and will offer you 3 chances per week to “Shock Your System”!  Talk with a Fitness Advisor about joining these awesome classes!  Your options are Tuesdays at 6:30PM. Thursdays at 6:30PM and Saturdays at 10:15AM!  This is a great way to work out in a group with some great people and instructors!

October Launches

With the change of seasons, comes the launch of the October MOSSA classes!  

Join Myrtle and Pam for the GROUP RIDE launch on Saturday, October 11th at 8AM!  They will help FUEL your RIDE, and get you ready for the holidays!

On Tuesday, October 21st at 5:30, let Shannon, Cindy and Myrtle put some KICK in your step with the start of the fall GROUP KICK!

Come get some GRIT with GROUP POWER!  Angie and Shannon will guide you through new music and choreography on Saturday, October 25th at 9AM.

Class of the Month

Since this will be new to our schedule in October, I’m going to feature Mia’s Tuesday 5:30PM Zumba class!  We have not had a regular Zumba class on our evening schedule for quite some time and I know that there are a lot of you out there that really miss that!  We have listened to you and I hope that you enjoy the class!
