Aqua Fit

An hour class that will mix the use of the kickboards, noodles, & your own body/water resistance to increase HR, muscle strength & stamina.  This class will not be difficult but it will get your HR going & sweat pouring.

Aqua Fit Life

Work on flexibility, range of motion & light cardio endurance. This class offers a more intense cardio workout than the Arthritis class. This is an Arthritis Foundation Aquatic Program, taught by certified instructors & will be safe & effective for your joints. At WC, class is in our Therapy pool, which is a warm 94 degrees.

Aqua Zumba

The Aqua Zumba program gives new meaning to the idea of an invigorating workout. Splashing, stretching, twisting,, even shouting, laughing, hooting and hollering are often heard during an Aqua Zumba class. Integrating the Zumba formula and philosophy with traditional aqua fitness disciplines, the Aqua Zumba class blends it all together into a safe, challenging, water-based workout that's cardio conditioning, body toning, and most of all, exhilarating beyond belief!

HIIT the Water

A high intensity training that produces remarkable results both in aerobic & anaerobic capacity. A HIIT workout is an interval training cycle of maximum intensity exercises followed by a short rest, and repeated without pause 8 times!

Liquid Body Burn

Water is not for WIMPS! Go for the burn but keep your cool as you work all your muscles and build endurance. 60 minutes.

Move to Improve Aquatics

This one hour class meets 3 times per week & is designed to be a fun, safe way for people with arthritis to exercise & stay fit.

Power Aquatics

With the combo of cardio & approved weight resistance tools, you will get a challenging workout that will test your perception about aqua training.  With the focus on resistance training & building strength & endurance, everyone in this class will reap the benefits from their hard work.

Power Splash

This advanced water workout class features a more intense cardio work out than our regular classes. Strength training is emphasized with the use of resistance equipment, such as paddles and bands.

Silver Sneakers Splash

Activate your aqua urge for variety! This class offers lots of fun shallow water moves to improve agility, flexibility and cardio endurance. No swillming ability is required, and a special Silve rSneakers kickboard is used to develop strength, balance & coordination. This class is 45 minutes long.

Water Exercise

An energizing aquatics class focused on increased flexibility & range of motion.  This class includes cardio, strength & core work.  All levels are welcome.
