Work on flexibility, range of motion & light cardio endurance. This class offers a more intense cardio workout than the Arthritis class. This is an Arthritis Foundation Aquatic Program, taught by certified instructors & will be safe & effective for your joints. At WC, class is in our Therapy pool, which is a warm 94 degrees.
Wonderful for seniors, beginners, pre/post natal, those recovering from an injury or someone who would just like a light cardio workout, followed with light resistance training.
Combine fun with fitness to increase your cardio & muscular endurance power with a standing circuit workout. Upper body strength work with hand held weights, elastic tubing with handles & a Silver Sneakers ball is alternated with non-impact aerobic choreography. A chair is offered for support, stretching & relaxation exercises.
