Arthritis Land Class

Designed specifically for individuals with arthritis, this class uses gentle activities to improve joint flexibility, range of motion, and muscle strength.


This workout is a pre-choreographed, Pilates based, full body workout set to music. Our BARRE class is a high intensity workout that will increase strength, especially in the core & legs; & increases range of motion, & flexibility. BARRE class is free with a Genesis membership. No sign up is required.

Body Flow

This is a yoga-based class that will improve your mind, your body & your life.  For 55 minutes, an inspired soundtrack plays as you bend & stretch through a series of simple yoga moves & embrace elements of Tai Chi and Pilates. Breathing control is a part of all the exercises, & instructors will always provide options for those just getting started.   You’ll strengthen your entire body and leave the class feeling calm and centered & happy.

Chair Yoga

A safe, gentle form of yoga is designed for those who have difficulty getting down to the floor.  With the aid & support of a chair used for either sitting or standing, you will learn yoga postures & breathing techniques that will increase flexibility, range of motion, core strength & relaxation

Core & Flexibility

Our popular Core 30 class plus - stretching techniques such as trigger point therapy, active stretching & passive stretching.  If you stretch correctly & regularly, you will find that every movement you make becomes easier!

Lifetime Fitness

Get fit for a lifetimeof good health!  Condition your heart, strengthen your muscles, improve flexibility & increase your balance with this age-defying workout.  Geared toward older adults, but all ages are welcome. [55 min]

Pilates Core Roller

Improve your core strength, flexibility, balance & coordination with the foam roller.  This is a Pilates based workout that will shape & tone all muscle groups improving your balance for sports or everyday exercises.  The foam roller helps stretch the muscles, release tension, & relieve painful "trigger point" areas.   

PiYo Strength

This class combines the muscle sculpting, core-firming benefits of Pilates with the strength & flexibility of flowing yoga movements.  Improve your balance & core power with an intense, low-impact workout that will burn calories & sculpt every inch of your body for a long, lean, beautiful physique.

Senior Classic Fit

This is a low-impact aerobic dance class set to the hits of the 50's, 60's and 70's!

Sit & Be Fit

Aerobic movements all done in a seated position.  Lessen the impact on your joints as you condition your cardio system.  Resistance training & stretching conclude this energetic class.

Stretch Class

Learn the foundational principles of yoga breathing, meditation & posture alignment.  This class is slow-paced & includes standing, seated & supine poses.

Total Body Circuit

An efficient & challenging class for developing strength, endurance, flexibility & coordination.  A great time saver for all fitness levels.

Water Exercise

An energizing aquatics class focused on increased flexibility & range of motion.  This class includes cardio, strength & core work.  All levels are welcome.
