Body Attack

This is a high-energy fitness class with moves that cater for total beginners to total addicts. We combine athletic movements like running, lunging & jumping with strength exercises such as push-ups & squats. A trained instructor will pump out energizing tunes & lead you through the workout – challenging your limits in a good way, leaving you with a sense of achievement. 





Body Combat

Are you looking for a high-energy martial arts-inspired workout that is totally non-contact? Punch & kick your way to fitness!  No experience needed. Learn moves from Karate, Taekwondo, Boxing, Muay Thai, Capoeira & Kung Fu. Release stress, have a blast & feel like a champ. Bring your best fighter attitude & leave inhibitions at the door.

Body Step

This class is a full-body cardio workout to really tone your butt & thighs.  In a BODYSTEP™ Athletic class you combine basic stepping with moves like burpees, push ups & weight plate exercises to work the upper body. If you fancy quicker stepping & the chance to showcase your rhythm & flair then BODYSTEP™ Classic is the way to go. There are always lots of options to get you through the workout safely.  Our bubbly and approachable instructors coach you through the 55-minute workout. We play invigorating, hit music & inject a whole lot of fun & personality along the way.  The first half of the month is dedicated to Bodystep Classic, and the last have is dedicated to Bodystep Athletic.

BOSU Boot Camp

A fun & intense high energy total body fitness class dsigned to burn fat, improve muscular strength, core strength & balance.  This upbeat class will alternate between cardio & strength drills using both a stable & unstable surface.  Use Body weight, resistance equipment, and the BOSU trainer.  All fitness levels welcome. [45 min]

Circuit Training

This is a form of resistance training using high-intensity aerobics.  It targets strength builidng & muscular endurance.  An exercise "circuit" is one completion of all prescribed exercises in the class.


A plyometric-based workout, designed to help you perform like an athlete.


 This class has athletic training, cardio conditioning, & total body strength drills, designed for people of all levels!  The moves are easy to follow & can always be modified so you can work up to your own best level.  This workout WILL challenge you, change you, & get you in the best shape of your life!

Training Camp

You will work with a certified personal trainer as you take your performance to the next level in a Group X class.  Your workout will include sport specific training, high intensity cardio intervals as well as speed, agility & performance training.
