Body Flow

This is a yoga-based class that will improve your mind, your body & your life.  For 55 minutes, an inspired soundtrack plays as you bend & stretch through a series of simple yoga moves & embrace elements of Tai Chi and Pilates. Breathing control is a part of all the exercises, & instructors will always provide options for those just getting started.   You’ll strengthen your entire body and leave the class feeling calm and centered & happy.


Chair Yoga

A safe, gentle form of yoga is designed for those who have difficulty getting down to the floor.  With the aid & support of a chair used for either sitting or standing, you will learn yoga postures & breathing techniques that will increase flexibility, range of motion, core strength & relaxation

Core Yoga

Prepare to sweat!  Core Yoga is a rigorous yoga class with demanding strength postures that will have you moving, breathing & sweating!  This class focuses on building & engaging your core strength to support you in more advanced postures.  Set to energizing music, Core Yoga strengthens, balances, detoxifies & exhilarates the body & mind. Studio is heated to approximately 90 degrees!

Gentle Yoga

 Light yoga classes designed for releasing tension.  Gentle, static poses stretch & open the body while relaxing the mind.  Yoga props - blocks, blankets, bolsters, chairs may be used to assist balance & deepening stretches.

Group Centergy

Hot Yoga

PIYO [Beginning]

Our traditional PiYo class blending Pilates & yoga modified to a beginner level.  You will be working on strength & flexibility while being showed modifications along the way.

PIYO Express

A fun & challenging 30" class fusing Pilates & yoga.  It is designed to build core strength & enhance agility & balnace.

Power Yoga

 Serious students will enjoy this challenging vinyasa flow class, a series of connected poses.  Strong core work, inversions including head & handstands, back bends, arm balances & advanced poses are integrated into each class. 60, 75 or 90 minute classes offered - check schedule.

Restorative Yoga

This class combines a calming balance of breath, gentle stretching, therapeutic body work & fully supported seated postures designed to calm the nervous system & balance the body.  Perfect for all levels.

Yin Yoga

This class focuses on stretching the deep connective tissue in the joints.  In a yin class, you will hold each pose for approximately 3 to 5 minutes.  Greater range of motion due to the lengthening of the connective tissue & increased circulation in the joints are benefits of this class.  Suitable for beginners & advanced students.

Yoga Basics

Yoga for Athletes

All level yoga class designed for athletes of all sports.  Hip & shoulder opening is the focus, & core strengthening.  Modifications demonstrated.

Yoga MBS

Yoga for Mind/Body & Spirit is a unique blend of Vinyasa yoga & meditation that will engage the mind, energize the body & empower the spirit.  Focus on flexibility & core strength; & finish with relaxation & self meditation.  Beginners are welcome at each class, but repetitive participation will be more beneficial.

Yoga Vinyasa
