Bodies in Balance

Designed to improve balance, flexibility, posture and relaxation by incorporating Yoga, Pilates and sports stretch movements.



Body Flow

This is a yoga-based class that will improve your mind, your body & your life.  For 55 minutes, an inspired soundtrack plays as you bend & stretch through a series of simple yoga moves & embrace elements of Tai Chi and Pilates. Breathing control is a part of all the exercises, & instructors will always provide options for those just getting started.   You’ll strengthen your entire body and leave the class feeling calm and centered & happy.

 



Chair Yoga

A safe, gentle form of yoga is designed for those who have difficulty getting down to the floor.  With the aid & support of a chair used for either sitting or standing, you will learn yoga postures & breathing techniques that will increase flexibility, range of motion, core strength & relaxation



Core Yoga

Prepare to sweat!  Core Yoga is a rigorous yoga class with demanding strength postures that will have you moving, breathing & sweating!  This class focuses on building & engaging your core strength to support you in more advanced postures.  Set to energizing music, Core Yoga strengthens, balances, detoxifies & exhilarates the body & mind. Studio is heated to approximately 90 degrees!



Gentle Yoga

 Light yoga classes designed for releasing tension.  Gentle, static poses stretch & open the body while relaxing the mind.  Yoga props - blocks, blankets, bolsters, chairs may be used to assist balance & deepening stretches.



Group Centergy

Redefine yourself with Group Centergy. Grow longer & stronger as you explore this 60 minute journey of yoga & Pilates movements. Positive uplifting music, group dynamics & supportive instructors will enable you to center your energy, reduce stress & even smile. Discover Group Centergy!

 



Hot Yoga

 Serious students who enjoy a heated studio will experience a challenging vinyasa flow class, a series of connected poses.  Designed to ring out toxins, enhance strength & flexibility. 60, 75 or 90 minute classes offered - check schedule.



Partner Yoga [1st Friday of month only]

This class will assist you in finding your balance, getting deeper into the poses & learning new adjustments to better align yoga psoes with your partner.  Bring a friend with you or the instructor can partner you at the beginning of class.  This is a class for all levels and is only held on the first Friday of each month, free of charge to members!



PIYO [Beginning]

Our traditional PiYo class blending Pilates & yoga modified to a beginner level.  You will be working on strength & flexibility while being showed modifications along the way.



Power Yoga

 Serious students will enjoy this challenging vinyasa flow class, a series of connected poses.  Strong core work, inversions including head & handstands, back bends, arm balances & advanced poses are integrated into each class. 60, 75 or 90 minute classes offered - check schedule.



Restorative Yoga

This class combines a calming balance of breath, gentle stretching, therapeutic body work & fully supported seated postures designed to calm the nervous system & balance the body.  Perfect for all levels.



Spin & Yoga

A revolutionary combo Spin & Yoga workout.  Torch calories with a 35 minute cardio ride with indoor bikes.  Then, enjoy a 25 minute Power Yoga class designed specifically to strengthen & lengthen the muscles targeted during the ride.  Open to all levels.  Closed toe fitness shoes are required!



Yin Yoga

This class focuses on stretching the deep connective tissue in the joints.  In a yin class, you will hold each pose for approximately 3 to 5 minutes.  Greater range of motion due to the lengthening of the connective tissue & increased circulation in the joints are benefits of this class.  Suitable for beginners & advanced students.

A mind, body & spirit experience tht incorporates strength, breathing & meditative relaxation.



Yoga Basics

 Beginners learn the foundational principles of yoga breathing, meditation & posture alignment.  This class is slow paced & includes standing, seated & supine poses.  60, 75 & 90 minute classes offered - check schedule.



Yoga Flow

Sun salutations that emphasize strength & flexibility are the foundation of this class.  A series of poses connect & flow, work the body to the core, while stretching muscles & opening joints.  The advanced beginner & intermediate student will enjoy a unique experience with each class. 60, 75, 90" classes offered - check schedule



Yoga for Athletes

All level yoga class designed for athletes of all sports.  Hip & shoulder opening is the focus, & core strengthening.  Modifications demonstrated.



Yoga MBS

Yoga for Mind/Body & Spirit is a unique blend of Vinyasa yoga & meditation that will engage the mind, energize the body & empower the spirit.  Focus on flexibility & core strength; & finish with relaxation & self meditation.  Beginners are welcome at each class, but repetitive participation will be more beneficial.



Yoga Nidra

 This systematic method offers a sleep-like state, physical, mental & emotional relaxation.  During class, one rests comfortably on back with no movement.  This practice increases athletic performance, reduces anxiety, depression symptoms & stress.  60 & 30 minute classes offered - check schedule.



Yoga Sculpt

This class complements your regular yoga practice, while boosting your metabolism & pushing your strength & flexibility to new heights.  Light free weights are added to the Yoga Flow class to tone & sculpt every major muscle group.  Strength training exercises-squats, lunges, bicep curls & tricep extensions are incorporated to create resistance & to intensify each pose.  The results - lean muscle mass & endurance!



Yoga Vinyasa

This Vinyasa flow class will build strength, endurance & flexibility through powerful yoga flows.  Designed for anyone seeking a challenge experience.  [45 min]
