Kettlebell Training

Kettlebell incorporates circuit based training by using a Kettlebell (a cast iron cannonball with a handle), which you use for a variety or swinging, stabilizing, and strengthening exercises. Guaranteed to keep you moving and take your fitness to the next level! You will see gains in strength, explosiveness, power, size, muscular endurance, and cardiovascular fitness! All kettlebell training focuses heavily on technique and form in a safe and effective manner while still maximizing gains! All Kettlebell Training will take place in the Athlete Development Center where you can come in for a personalized session or bring a group of friends.
