Extreme Fitness For Kids

Our mission is to enhance the health of our youth by reinforcing exercise activity that is fun, safe and full of variety so that they will grow to appreciate the benefits of a healthy life style and continue to practice what they learn throughout their lives.

*All classes are 45 minutes.
For all classes students should wear sweats, tights or gym shorts, a t-shirt and tennis shoes. Classes are designed for kids of all levels, ages 5-13.

EXTREME Fitness for Tots

Descriptions

EXTREME Fitness 101- How many jumping jacks or mountain climbers can you do? This class will incorporate a variety of activities each week, including cardio and strength training, sports related conditioning drills, circuit training, core work and more!

EXTREME Hip Hop-Learn a choreographed dance that will keep your feet moving. We plan on incorporating hip hop and jazz. Come and join the fun!

EXTREME Basketball- Come and join EXTREME Basketball where you learn the fundamentals of the sport through drills. Some skills that you will see your child improve on are dribbling, ball handling, passing, and shooting. Can’t wait to see you there!

Tumbling Tots-This class is for children age 2-5 years old.  During this 45 minute class, your child will learn the basics  of gymnastics starting with stretching then moving on to mat work and beam work. The last 15 minutes of class, your child  will go through a series of fitness activities to develop their coordination and strength.
