What is The Kansas River Valley Triathlon Club (KRVTC)?
The Kansas River Valley Triathlon Club is a non-profit Kansas corporation who’s purpose is to provide an organized forum for training, knowledge-sharing, and competing in triathlons and other endurance sports, as well as to encourage general health and wellness of the people of South Central Kansas.  In addition, promote and provide fair and safe competitive multi-sport events for individuals of all ages and abilities.  The board of directors is charged with the responsibility of providing an environment that promotes social interaction between multi-sport athletes and cooperation between other sister clubs of “single” sport clubs in the area (i.e. swim, bike and running clubs).

Where does the name Kansas River Valley Tri Club come from?

If you follow the Arkansas River on a good Kansas map you'll find it passes Great Bend, Dodge City, Salina, Hutchinson, Newton, Augusta, Andover, Wichita, Derby, Wellington, Winfield, and even Ark City. There are clubs from OKC and KC, and we thought it was necessary to represent our area of Kansas.

Why should I join KRVTC?
