LITE PILATES - all
An essential pilates mat class designed to help you unwind with gentle stretching, toning and breathing exercises. Focus is on developing proper postural alignment. This is a great way to get the circulation flowing, release tension and improve mobility and flexibility.

PILATES ON THE BALL - all
This pilates class helps break down existing movement patterns and will help you tap into an unused pool of muscles to work the weak side, not just the strong side, of your body. The ball adds resistance to each exercise, which builds long lean muscles, frees up old patterns, and acts as an excellent stress releaser.

PILATES XPRESS - all
This vigorous pilates mat class will challenge your core with 30-minutes of quick paced Pilates sequences -- an effective addition to your workout routine or when you're crunched for time.

PILATES/YOGA - all
It’s the best of both! Yoga Sun Salutations to warm up the body and the mind followed by a series of pilates exercises to strengthen the core.

PILATES - all
This pilates class begins with a dynamic warm-up to reinforce the basic Pilates principles, then moves into Pilates mat work that will strengthen and tone the entire body.

POWER PILATES - all
This pilates class is for anyone that wants to strengthen the core and tone the entire body. Power Pilates is a high energy mat workout that will strengthen and lengthen your muscles while moving through a long series of exercises using flex bands and fitness circles.
