The best way to get started with a personalized Pilates program to develop strength, flexibility, core support, balance, & control. If you’re healthy and fit, One-on-One training can help you take your exercise program to the next level! If you have neck, back, shoulder, hip, knee, or ankle problems, have had recent surgery, osteoporosis, or other medical concerns, a personalized Pilates program can be an excellent way to help get you back to optimal health.
$45-$50/ 30 minutes
Ideal when a shorter session is more appropriate for their health and for students who are looking for a quick fine-tuning session to focus on a particular problem or exercise in their Pilates program.
$80-$100 / 1 hour ($40-$50 per person)
For students who are of equal level with similar goals who would like to share the fun of working out together.
Independent workout time for Pilates students who have a personalized program established and are ready to “go solo” to supplement their Private sessions. All workouts must be scheduled by appointment when a Pilates teacher is scheduled to be in the studio and are on a space-available basis , and the 24-hour cancellation policy applies.
Participants are required to take a minimum of 2 private sessions per month to fine-tune and progress their Pilates program. Pre-requisites: A minimum of four 12-packs of Open Gym AND instructor approval is required.
