Class Descriptions

Yoga Class

GENTLE YOGA - all

This is a lite yoga class excellent for releasing tension. It uses a series of supported poses and gentle stretches to help open the body while relaxing the mind. This is an excellent class for people new to yoga or for those who are simply wanting to relax and restore the body.

CENTERGY -all

Redefine your self with Group Centergy.  Grow longer and stronger as you explore this 60 minute journey of yoga and Pilates movements.  Positive uplifting music, group dynamics and supportive instructors will enable

you to center your energy, reduce stress and even smile.  Discover Group Centergy!

YOGA 1 / JOY YOGA– all

Our foundational class offering introductory poses,basic standing postures, and breath. This class is designed for both beginning students, students wanting a slower paced class, or for more advanced students wanting to review the basics.

YOGA 2 - intermediate

This class builds on basic standing postures, incorporates backbends, twists and can introduce basics of sun salutations, arm balances and inversions. A good understanding of the basic principles of alignment is encouraged.

YOGA 3 – advanced

This is great class for intermediate students who are ready to take the next step in their journey with inversions, arm balances and advanced yoga poses. It is for intermediate students who desire a unique yoga practice based on intuition rather than tradition. The room is heated and the structure of the class is a Vinyasa flow that heals, detoxifies and exhilarates the body and mind with emphasis on movement, balance and intention.
