Erianne Adams grew up in Wellington, KS.  She got her first taste of fitness at an early age by staying active in tennis.  In High School she was a four time 4A State Qualifier and a two time top 4 Placer.  She continued to play tennis at Cowley College where she became a two time National qualifier in Singles and Doubles in NJCAA Tennis.  She was also top 8 Singles National Placer, top 4 Doubles National Placer, and a National All-American NJCAA Athlete.

Erianne got her Associates Degree from Crowley College with an emphasis on health and nutrition.  She then attended Wichita State for one year and participated in the Exercise Science Program and the Exercise Science Student Organization.  She is now currently working on her Bachelor’s Degree in Health Promotion at Fort State University.

Erianne is National Council for Certified Personal Trainers and CPR/AED certified and is working on getting National Academy of Sports Medicine certified.  She became a personal trainer because she loved to coach and watch people succeed, not only in the gym, but also in life.  The coaches and trainers she had through-out her life made a huge impact  on her in a positive and uplifting way and she would love to be that positive impact to help motivate and change the way people view health and fitness.

Fitness is a very broad term and Erianne enjoys looking at it with a holistic view.  She believes that fitness can be achieved in many different ways and always looks for new ways to explore new areas of fitness.  She is happy to work with clients of all spectrums.  She will give a 100% effort toward each and every one of her clients to see that they experience success toward a healthier and well-balanced life.

Set up an appointment now with Erianne and start your fitness journey with her!
