Aqua HIIT

(High Intensity Interval Training.) This is a high & low intensity class designed to improve cardio fitness and endurance through interval-style training. It is conducted with simple exercises performed at a maximum effort, followed by short periods of rest.

  • Tuesdays - 8:30 AM to 9:30 AM - Pool
  • Tuesdays - 5:45 PM to 6:45 PM - Pool
  • Wednesdays - 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM - Pool
  • Thursdays - 8:30 AM to 9:30 AM - Pool

Springfield South

  • Mondays - 5:45 PM to 6:45 PM - Pool
  • Thursdays - 6:00 PM to 7:00 PM - Pool
