This 60-minute class is 30 minutes of Body Attack and 30 minutes of CXWorx. Attack is a high energy fitness class with moves that cater for total beginners to total addicts. We combine athletic movements like running, lunging & jumping with strength exercises such as push-ups & squats. CXWorx is rooted in science, bringing attention to the torso & sling muscles that connect your upper body to your lower body. You'll get the external benefits of a tighter tummy & butt plus internal benefits like functional strength & injury prevention assistance.
