Build your strength and get a total body workout with light to moderate weights and lots of repetition for the first half of class. Then, slip off your shoes to bend and stretch through a series of simple yoga moves and embrace elements of Tai Chi and Pilates while focusing on breathing control. You’ll strengthen your entire body and leave the class feeling calm, centered and happy.
