Two is better than one, and that's what you'll experience here. BODYPUMP will build your strength and provide a total body workout using light to moderate weights and lots of repetition for the first half of class. Then, slip off your shoes for BODYFLOW. We bend and stretch through a series of simple yoga moves and embrace elements of Tai Chi and Pilates while focusing on breathing control. You’ll strengthen your entire body and leave the class feeling calm, centered and happy.
