Boot Camp Express

A shorter version of our popular Boot Camp class!  It's a high intensity circuit workout focusing primarily on functional movements & interval training.  No previous experience required, & all fitness levels are welcome...but, get ready to sweat!

  • Mondays - 5:30 PM to 6:15 PM - A
  • Fridays - 5:15 AM to 6:00 AM - A

Sprague

  • Tuesdays - 5:15 AM to 5:45 AM - A
  • Thursdays - 5:15 AM to 6:15 AM - A

East Central

  • Tuesdays - 6:30 PM to 7:00 PM - A
  • Thursdays - 6:30 PM to 7:00 PM - A

Shadow Lake

  • Mondays - 5:15 AM to 5:45 AM - A
  • Fridays - 5:15 AM to 5:45 AM - A

Broken Arrow

  • Tuesdays - 6:00 PM to 6:30 PM - A
