Cardio & Strength

This class adds cardio intervals to G-Strength! Intervals will be floor-based cardio, intermixed with resistance training using different lengths of intervals.

Topeka Southwest

  • Mondays - 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM - Studio A
  • Wednesdays - 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM - Studio A
  • Fridays - 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM - Studio A

Hutchinson

  • Mondays - 5:15 AM to 6:15 AM - Studio A
  • Mondays - 8:15 AM to 9:15 AM - Studio A
  • Fridays - 5:15 AM to 6:15 AM - Studio A
