Core 30

Sculpt a strong core - shoulders to hips - to improve athleticism, protect your back, & feel your inner strength!  In this dynamic, 30 minute class we work on and off the floor for a more well-rounded approach to core training. We use a variety of equipment & exercises to challenge you and your core!
