Deep Stretch Yoga

Dive deep into this Yin/Restorative yoga experience. This class is a slow, patient, 'cooling' approach to unwinding the mind and the body. Postures primarily take place on floor with the assist of props and are held for three to ten minutes. Improve flexibilty as you rest, relax and rejuvinate.
