Freestyle Kickboxing

This freestyle class provides a fun & challenging opportunity to learn & practice kickboxing & other martial arts techniques against bags.  The class is designed to increase cardio conditioning, muscular tone & overall fitness.  Includes drills against bags, fitness conditioning, an engaging group environment, & great music.  "Gloves highly recommended & also available to borrow at the front desk."
