Functional Fitness

Train your muscles to work together and prepare them for daily tasks by simulating common movements you might do at home, at work, or in sports. Three main components of functional fitness are developing Strength, Flexibility and Core. Before you can move freely in your everyday life without worrying about injury, you must nail the basics. This class will provide 20 min. of each component for a well rounded workout helping you move through daily tasks with more ease!
