G-Cycle Endurance

Welcome to G-Cycle here at Genesis Health Clubs. This spin class was created by our fitness experts to challenge everyone from the outdoor cycler, the studio cycling enthusiast, beginner cyclers, and everyone in between. The G-Cycle fitness approach uses both rhythmic and athletic drills of various duration and intensity for an excellent workout. Expect to raise your heart rate while burning calories, toning lower-body muscles, and building endurance. Our skilled and experienced cycling instructors will guide you through a calculated workout designed to make the most out of your time on the bike. However, you are in complete control during the cycling session—adjust your resistance and speed throughout the class to meet your comfort levels. 

Our instructors welcome first-time cycling participants. We encourage first-time cyclers to arrive 10 minutes prior to class for bike fitting and familiarization. Prepare to sweat it out as you enjoy a rewarding spin workout to upbeat and motivating music. As with all of our fitness classes, unlimited indoor cycling sessions are included in your Genesis membership.
