Interval Express

Interval Express provides the athletic training you need in just 30 minutes. Alternating hard work, through cardio and strength training, with periods of rest will help you torch calories and push you to the next level. While the workout is designed to challenge you, all exercises can be modified to meet your fitness level. The workout is quick and fun, making it possible to use alone or in conjunction with an additional class.
