Interval Training

Interval Training is designed to support almost any fitness goal. Sometimes referred to as HIIT, or High-Intensity Interval Training, the workout is designed to improve athletic capacity through rigorous conditioning. Genesis HIIT classes provide an enhanced form of interval training certain to challenge and invigorate participants. This full-body workout helps you burn calories, strengthen muscles, improve endurance, and get your heart rate up. Our experienced instructors optimize your workout by combining short bouts of intense anaerobic, compound strength moves, and core exercises with periods of active recovery via aerobic/strength segments.
