Les Mills CORE 45

CORE (formerly known as CXWORX) is an intense core workout, designed to build strength, stability and endurance in the muscles that support your core, including the abdominals, glutes and back muscles. More than just an ab workout, CORE is scientifically proven to fire up the muscles of the posterior chain and enhance the body’s functional strength and fitness. The workout includes exercises that utilize a LES MILLS SMARTBAND™, weight plates and body weight exercises like crunches, planks and hovers.
