Powerflow 2 Yoga

Move through intermediate & intermediate-advanced PowerFlow Yoga transitions & postures.  Class will link breath to movement providing a rhythmic, upbeat & athletic pace; & is geared towaard participants familiar with yoga and/or wiching to have an intermediate or advanced experience.

  • Mondays - 6:15 AM to 7:15 AM - 2

Miramont North

  • Sundays - 5:00 PM to 6:00 PM - 2
  • Fridays - 9:15 AM to 10:15 AM - 2

Miramont Central

  • Mondays - 6:40 PM to 7:40 PM - 1
  • Wednesdays - 6:15 AM to 7:15 AM - 1
  • Wednesdays - 5:30 PM to 6:30 PM - 1
  • Thursdays - 7:00 AM to 8:00 AM - 1
  • Fridays - 4:20 PM to 5:20 PM - 1
  • Saturdays - 8:05 AM to 9:05 AM - 1
