PowerFlow Yoga

Continue to explore the fundamentals of PowerFlow Yoga and build upon them by learning new transitions and beginner-intermediate level postures. Class will link breath to movement providing a rhythmic, upbeat, and athletic pace to class. This class is geared toward all levels of yoga experience.
