Self Defense Fitness

This is a fast paced, high intensity workout that covers the fundamentals of self defense. Basic techniques used in the arts of boxing, muay thai, jiu-jitsu, and wrestling will be incorporated. The goal is to deliver a cardio intensive workout while training people to defend themselves in bad situations. It's a great class for anyone of all ages, female or male, and, with experience or no experience in martial arts. It virtually applies to everyone. No matter who attends, they will be gettiing a great workout while learning how to defend themselves!
