Strength & Stability

This 30 minute class will challenge and increase muscular endurance, while also focusing on conditioning the smaller, weaker stabilizers. Multi joint action patterns will be used to simulate everyday activities. Stability training will help create smooth efficient movements, which will in turn enhance overall strength performance.
