ViniYoga

Alternates stretching and contracting of the muscles through repetition before the ‘stay’ in a posture. Viniyoga increases circulation to the joints and muscles used. All movement is slow initiated by lengthened breath. Viniyoga teachers create a well-conceived sequence of postures that benefit and nurture the body by focusing on breath and spinal alignment.
