Yin Yoga

This class focuses on stretching the deep connective tissue in the joints. In a yin class, you will hold each pose for approximately 3 to 5 minutes. Greater range of motion due to the lengthening of the connective tissue and increased circulation in the joints are benefits of this class. Suitable for beginners and advanced students.
