Yoga Basics

Beginners learn the foundational principles of yoga breathing and posture alignment using a series of standard yoga poses. Intermediate and advanced participants benefit as the class focuses on form and movement patterns. This class is slow paced and includes standing, seated, and supine poses. Classes may be 60, 75 or 90 minutes, so please check the schedule.
