Yoga for Climbing

This class combines the best of Power Flow & Deep Stretch Yoga.  You will flow through movements focusing on strength, balance & core, and finish with a deep stretch to lengthen & restore the muscles.  The perfect blend of yoga to compliment climbers of all levels.
