Yoga: Hot Stretch

Hot Classes are performed in a heated Studio.

The heat, combined with yoga postures, will help you release tight or sore muscles. Bringing awareness to your breath and softening into the stretch you will maximize your time. This class has an athletic approach to stretching and is a great addition to any fitness routine. This is an all levels class.
