Yoga MBS

Yoga for Mind/Body and Spirit is a unique blend of Vinyasa yoga and meditation that will engage the mind, energize the body and empower the spirit. Focus on flexibility and core strength and finish with relaxation and self meditation. Beginners are welcome at each class, but repetitive participation will be more beneficial.
