Free Group Fitness Class At Genesis

Genesis Health Clubs offers multi-level classes for members who've never worked out before, all the way to advanced athletic training. A friendly atmosphere with a personal approach is our pledge to you.


All fitness classes are taught by certified instructors who are real motivators and educators. Learn to strengthen and push your body safely and effectivly. A multi-point fitness survey and a Personal Fitness Assessment help ensure that you get the results you want from each class. We call it Results Based Training. Group Fitness classes include:

Group Fitness Classes are free for members. All fitness classes begin with an 8-10 minute warm up designed for that specific class. Each finishes with a 5-10 minute cool down. These classes are a fun way to lose weight and get in shape.
