Reserve your spot in class to guarantee you’ll get in! Just log in to our member portal, find the class you’d like to take, and reserve a spot. You don’t have to reserve a spot to join a group fitness class, but those who reserve through the member portal will be guaranteed entry.

Ask about Empower Hour - our FREE class designed for women that members and guests are welcome to attend! This class takes place every Saturday at 2 PM and features stretching, cardio, and resistance exercises to help you with your fitness routine. Class is followed by guest speakers to discuss health, diet, fitness goals, and more!
