Memorial Day Hours 2024
In observance of Memorial Day, we will be open on Monday, May 27 from 7 am to 5 pm, allowing our team to commemorate those who served and spend time with their families and loved ones.
We thank you for your understanding and encourage everyone to take a moment to honor our fallen heroes. Normal hours will resume the following day.
Kids Clubs: Closed after 1 pm and will resume normal hours the following day.
Personal Training
For over 50 years, we have been home to hundreds of local and nationally recognized athletes - helping them reach their full athletic potential and earn scholarships from all collegiate levels. We use our very own sports performance training system utilizing the strengths of our personal training staff to provide the most time-efficient speed, agility, and quickness programs in the tri-state area.
Our personal training staff in large part works with individuals who want to get fit and stay fit for an overall positive and healthy lifestyle. Working with a certified personal trainer has a number of benefits, including accountability, expertise, and nutritional coaching. However you're looking to improve your fitness, our personal trainers will tailor a program to fit your needs!
