At Genesis, strength training is central to the gym experience. Our clubs are built to support consistent, serious training with expansive strength floors, professional equipment, and space designed for real workouts.
Members train with free weights including light to super-heavy dumbbells, Olympic barbells, multiple squat racks, adjustable benches, and dedicated lifting platforms. Plate-loaded machines, traditional weight machines, and cable stations provide additional ways to train every muscle group and support balanced strength development.
With the right equipment and the right environment, members can train consistently and keep progressing.
