FAQs

Most classes usually range from 10-20 participants. It’s the perfect size, small enough for your instructor to guide you personally, but big enough to feel the collective energy.

Classes begin with a warm-up, move into guided training, and finish with a cool-down. Your instructor leads every step so you can focus on moving and improving.

Not at all. Everyone starts somewhere, and we love beginners. Every class can be modified to your level. Just show up, and we’ll guide you through the rest.

Most are 45-60 minutes, though we have express 30-minute sessions for busy days. Check your club’s schedule to find what fits your life.

Classes are generally first-come, first-served. We recommend coming a bit early to claim your spot and say hello to the instructor.

Yes! We believe in access. Nearly all group fitness classes are included in your membership.

You belong here. We offer low-impact modifications for nearly every movement so you can move safely and confidently.
Every membership includes a one-on-one consultation with a Group Fitness Manager or Personal Trainer to help you find the right classes and build a plan that works for you.

Aim for 5-10 minutes early. It gives you time to check in, take a breath, and meet the instructor.

You’ll leave sweating and smiling. We ask everyone to wipe down their gear—it’s how we take care of each other. Feel free to stay and chat; the post-workout conversation is often the best part.
