Workout Floor

The workout floor features a wide variety of equipment to support every fitness goal. Members have access to free weights, dumbbells, kettlebells, and a full range of strength machines. Whether you’re looking to build muscle, lose weight, or improve overall fitness, the workout floor provides the tools needed for an effective workout.

cardio & functional training

Build endurance, burn calories, and support your fitness goals with a full selection of cardio equipment, including treadmills, ellipticals, stationary bikes, and more. A dedicated functional training area features turf, sleds, kettlebells, and space for agility and bodyweight exercises, providing additional ways to train for strength, power, and mobility.

Aquatics

Train, swim, and relax year-round with both indoor and outdoor pools. The indoor pool features six dedicated lap lanes in a temperature-controlled environment, while outdoor pools provide space to swim, unwind, and enjoy Albuquerque’s sunshine. With swim lessons, youth programs, and competitive swim team opportunities, aquatics is built for all ages and skill levels.

Courts

Stay active, sharpen your skills, and enjoy the game on some of the best basketball courts in northeast Albuquerque. With three full-sized indoor basketball courts and one outdoor court, Del Norte offers plenty of space for pickup games, shooting practice, drills, and competitive play. Group exercise

Our Swim Team program offers a fun and supportive environment where swimmers build confidence, improve technique, and enjoy friendly competition throughout the summer.
