The Athletic Clubs Acquisition

Genesis expanded its Midwest footprint in July 2020 with the acquisition of all seven Athletic Club locations, formerly known as Prairie Life Fitness, across Kansas, Nebraska, and Iowa. The acquisition strengthened Genesis’ presence in several key markets while expanding access to premium fitness amenities, training, and wellness experiences for members throughout the region.
