Workout Floor

The workout floor features a wide variety of equipment to support every fitness goal. Members have access to free weights, dumbbells, kettlebells, and a full range of strength machines. Whether you’re looking to build muscle, lose weight, or improve overall fitness, the workout floor provides the tools needed for an effective workout.

Cardio Floor

Improve heart health, burn calories, and support weight loss on the cardio floor. With treadmills, ellipticals, stationary bikes, and other cardio machines available, you can choose the workout that fits your goals. It’s a great space to build endurance, boost energy, and stay consistent with your cardiovascular fitness routine.

functional training

The Functional Training Area is designed for dynamic, full-body workouts that build strength, power, and mobility. This open space features turf and equipment for sled pushes, kettlebell work, agility drills, and bodyweight training.

Court sports

Stay active with a variety of court sports, including tennis, pickleball, squash, and basketball. Whether you are training, competing, or playing recreationally, there are plenty of ways to stay moving.

Group exercise

Group Exercise classes are where energy meets community. A variety of classes are available for all fitness levels, including strength, cardio, cycling, yoga, and more. Led by certified instructors, these classes help improve endurance, build strength, and keep workouts engaging and effective.

Aquatics

Make a splash in our two heated outdoor and indoor pools. With dedicated lanes, free swim, swimming lessons and training, Genesis is the place to swim in Boulder. If it’s 60° and sunny, or snowing in January, you have a place for freestyle and flip turns.
