Workout Floor

The workout floor features a wide variety of equipment to support every fitness goal. Members have access to free weights, dumbbells, kettlebells, and a full range of strength machines. Whether you’re looking to build muscle, lose weight, or improve overall fitness, the workout floor provides the tools needed for an effective workout.

Cardio Floor

Improve heart health, burn calories, and support weight loss on the cardio floor. With treadmills, ellipticals, stationary bikes, and other cardio machines available, you can choose the workout that fits your goals. It’s a great space to build endurance, boost energy, and stay consistent with your cardiovascular fitness routine.

functional training

The ATLAS Arena is a dedicated functional training space designed for dynamic, full-body workouts that build strength, power, and mobility. This 5,200-square-foot performance area features turf, Olympic lifting platforms, and specialized equipment for sled work, conditioning, agility, and sport-specific training, giving you the space to train with purpose and intensity.

Group exercise

Group exercise is where energy meets community. A variety of classes are available for all fitness levels, including strength, cardio, cycling, yoga, and more. Led by certified instructors, these classes help improve endurance, build strength, and keep workouts engaging and effective. Specialty offerings like Brazilian Jiu Jitsu and small group training provide additional ways to build skill, strength, and confidence.

Aquatics

Make a splash in our 25-yard, temperature-controlled indoor pool. Enjoy lap swimming, open swim, lessons, youth swim team, and training programs for all ages and skill levels. Aquatics & Swim Lessons

Our Brazilian Jiu Jitsu program offers a structured, supportive environment for all experience levels, from beginners learning the fundamentals to experienced practitioners refining technique and performance. Led by the Revenant Grappling Company, classes focus on skill development, conditioning, and building confidence on and off the mat.

Train in a dynamic setting that combines fitness, self-defense, and technical progression. With expert coaching and a strong community, Brazilian Jiu Jitsu provides a challenging and rewarding way to improve strength, mobility, and overall performance.
