Workout Floor

The workout floor features a wide variety of equipment to support every fitness goal. Members have access to free weights, dumbbells, kettlebells, and a full range of strength machines. Whether youโ€™re looking to build muscle, lose weight, or improve overall fitness, the workout floor provides the tools needed for an effective workout.

Cardio Floor

Improve heart health, burn calories, and support weight loss on the cardio floor. With treadmills, ellipticals, stationary bikes, and other cardio machines available, you can choose the workout that fits your goals. Itโ€™s a great space to build endurance, boost energy, and stay consistent with your cardiovascular fitness routine.

The Functional Training Area is designed for dynamic, full-body workouts that build strength, power, and mobility. This open space features turf and versatile equipment for sled pushes, kettlebell work, agility drills, and bodyweight training.

Aquatics

Dive into fitness, fun, and skill development with swim lessons, water-based classes, and open swim opportunities in our indoor and outdoor pools. pilates studio TRAINING

Pilates Studio Training delivers low-impact, full-body movement designed to build strength, improve mobility, and strengthen the core. Using specialized equipment and guided instruction, members improve posture, balance, coordination, and overall movement quality in a focused studio environment. Whether training 1-on-1, semi-private, or in a small group setting, sessions support joint health, long-term mobility, and lasting wellness.

Group Exercise classes offer a motivating, high-energy environment where members can stay active, build community, and have fun. A variety of classes are available for all fitness levels, including strength, cardio, cycling, yoga, and more. Led by certified instructors, these classes help improve endurance, build strength, and keep workouts engaging and effective.

Court Sports

Play, compete, and stay active with a variety of court sports. Inside, enjoy basketball on a full gymnasium court along with racquetball, squash, and handball. Outside, sand volleyball courts offer a fun space for pickup games and friendly competition in the fresh air.

Our supervised Kids Club provides a safe, fun environment for children ages 6 weeks to 12 years while you enjoy your workout. Kids can participate in games, crafts, movies, and age-appropriate activities led by our trained, CPR-certified staff. The Goddard location also offers Mighty Camp summer programs and a licensed preschool, giving children opportunities to learn, play, and stay active year-round.
